45 years of experience

Based in Konya, Lacivert Yapı has been working for more than 45 years across a wide range of projects, from industrial facilities to public buildings and from housing to steel structures. We run the whole process from design to turnkey delivery under one roof, designing every building with engineering discipline and bringing it to life with our experience on site.

We were founded in Konya with a small engineering team. In the early years we built up our field experience with housing and small-scale commercial buildings.

Unchanged for 45 years, these principles guide every decision our team makes, from the first site survey to turnkey delivery.

Engineering first

We complete the architectural, structural and MEP designs in full before going on site. We solve problems at the drawing board and avoid losing time and money in the field.

Quality and safety

We check every stage from material selection to assembly and document the quality. The safety of everyone on site comes before both the schedule and the budget.

On-time delivery

Because we fabricate steel members in our own workshop, we keep supply delays to a minimum. We deliver in full, on the date we promised.

With energy-efficient solutions, the right materials and long-lasting details, we design buildings that leave the smallest footprint. While building today, we think of tomorrow.

05How We Work

From design to turnkey delivery in five steps.

From the first meeting to handover day, we run a transparent, well-planned process. You know in advance what happens at every step.

Step 01
Survey and needs analysis

We inspect your site in person and clarify the intended use, capacity needs and budget together with you. After the soil survey and preliminary feasibility study, we prepare a roadmap covering the project’s scope, schedule and cost framework.
2–6 weeks

Step 02
Design

We prepare the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs at the same table, fully coordinated with each other. We follow the permit and licence processes with the municipality and other authorities on your behalf, and go on site with a complete set of drawings.

Step 03
Steel fabrication

Structural members are fabricated in our own workshop to the approved design with millimetre precision. After welding, painting and dimensional checks, the parts are numbered and shipped to site ready for assembly.
On schedule

Step 04
Site works

Everything from foundations and infrastructure to steel erection, roofing, facades and finishing works is carried out on the planned schedule. Occupational safety rules are strictly followed on site, and progress is reported to you regularly.
Handover day

Step 05
Turnkey delivery

Once all tests and inspections are complete, the building is handed over ready for use, together with as-built drawings, documents and warranties. We continue to stand behind your building after handover.
